We are owner of two studios and one bedroom apartment, in the same building EDIFICIO RUSELO, with the same view and situation. They are 30 meters from the sandy beach, south-west facing with sun almost all day long, in the beginning of the coast walk promenade of Torrox-Costa. The seaside studios are in the 6th and 7th floor and the one bedroom apartment in the 4th floor of a storey 7 floor building ( beach-side, so unobstructed sea views ), served by two lifts, with plenty of parking outside the property and beside the block. No car needed, all amenities close by.

Leaving the building you cross the street and you are at the beginning of the 2 km coastal walk promenade and the Ferrara public and free beach.

The dining and lounge areas are the ideal place to relax and enjoy that lovely sea view, by sitting next the windows, which has a square dining table with 4 chairs where breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner are a pleasure. It is perfect for romantic or not... as the sunset "goes in the bedroom" ( winter time ). The windows cover the whole wall length and they slide open, allowing for plenty of ventilation or sunbathing

The windows with double glazing and shutters offers great views totally cleared, not overlooked to the sea, to the blue of the sea dominates in the landscape, to the sandy beach and finally to the flat coastal promenade.

Ideal place for a day trip to Málaga, Granada, Ronda, Córboda, Marbella, Tarifa, Sevilla, Cádiz, etc.

The APART SABINE RUSELO R408, totally refurbished in 2011, is a seaside apartment, very brightly, of 40m2, located south facing, with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea through the huge (180º ) windows from the floor to the ceiling, which takes the full width of the apartment.

Consisting of a bedroom, lounge, kitchen and shower room. It is perfect place for a couple or small family unit.

The living area is designed with warm and relaxing colours with a sofabed for a third person or 2 kids, ceiling fan, teatable for an aperitif, commode with ASTRA satelite flat television, with free French, Spanish, English, German, etc. channels and radio.

The bedroom has nice view to the sea from the double bed, and there are pillows, cushions, duvet, ceiling fan, 2 bedside tables and wardrobe with plenty of hangers.

The kitchen is equipped with vitroceramic hob, fan extractor, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and all the basic cookware and utensils you'll need to prepare meals.

The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, washing machine, and drying rack floor. Hair dryer provided. Air conditionner for summer time and electric heater provided for winter comfort.

The community pool is watched by lifeguard and it has solarium for sunbathing. Admission is only with security card, that you will be provided on arrival. Open from half-April to end of October. If the pool is important for you please tell to me.

No car needed, all amenities close by: supermarkets, bus station, taxis, banks, shops, bars, restaurants, doctors, nursery, pharmaphy, Internet cyber café, biologic food shop, bakery, travel agency, drugstore and 5 more big supermarkets: LIDL, ALDI, SUPERSOL, MERCADONA and DIA. And a monday market with plenty of big bargains. There is plenty of free parking space all around the building.

In the building you have: a small shop, 2 restaurants; and others across the street and 2 banks. The bus station has with very good connexions to the local and big cities and the taxi rank is just close by and less than 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

The maritime coastal walk of Torrox Costa is flat, perfect for bike, skate or skateboard and with many high quality restaurants and "chiringuitos" ( refreshing bars ), live music ( some organize 1 o more per week live music ), clubs, pubs, shops, tourism office ( in season, the one open all year is across Aldi supermarket ), kids park, sports place, sandy football place and basket ball, and in the night, street vendors and artists( in season ).
