Modalities of Payment

It is very important that you request a prior estimate to know the rental price of the period you want because it varies and can be adjusted according to the type of accommodation, the season and the duration of the stay, it is without obligation. In case you accept it, we will send you all the necessary documentation by e-mail.

These prices include renting the accommodation for 1 or 2 people per week. Any additional person will be charged separately, 5 euros per person and per night, for the use of accommodation and for extra clothing.

The price includes water consumption, access to the swimming pool with card (in season, depending on the accommodation), internet via WiFi (in all our accommodations), basic household cleaning products for your use and 1 roll of toilet paper .

The price of electricity must be added to the price. In summer, for air conditioning and heating on some winter nights (consumption is usually between 8 and 20 euros per week, on average during the year). In electricity meter is in the accommodation itself and at any time you can see your consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.

To this must be added the end-of-stay cleaning service, because the apartment is cleaned just before your arrival and will be cleaned again after your departure, for the next tenant; This will be paid upon arrival at the handover of keys.

In case of promotional week or reduced rate, the bed linen (sheets, quilts, towels, hand towels, tea towels) is not provided, but is offered separately for rent. You must confirm this point if you are coming by plane and you do not want to bring these clothes. We do not provide beach towels.

For tenants who come by plane, we have accessories for bébé under previous RESERVATION: 5 euros / day. We have: travel cot (up to 24 months), it is very important to ask before for your availability.

Payment Methods

To formalize the reservation, you must make the advance payment of a deposit worth 30% of the total rental amount. This amount can be paid by bank transfer or you can also opt for the “PAY PAL” system (5% Pay Pal commission at your expense ONLY on the 30% deposit). The reservation of the rent will be confirmed by e-mail once the advance has been received.

We do not accept bank transfers from countries outside the euro zone (for example, Canadians and Americans), due to the high fees of the intermediary banks (up to 55% commission). For them, the payment method will be only PAY PAL.

Upon receiving your deposit and confirming your reservation, we will send you all the necessary information for your arrival and we will formalize a seasonal holiday rental contract. For this we will ask for your personal data and all the occupants of the accommodation. After this, we are fully available to help you organize your stay and we advise you, at least 14 days before the date of your arrival, to contact us to arrange your reception.

The rest of the payment, will be made in cash upon arrival, at the time I personally deliver the keys, EXCEPT in high season (July and August) that must be made by bank transfer one month in advance.

We do not reserve without deposit and, for last minute reservations and promotions, full payment is requested before arrival at the accommodation.

At your reception in the accommodation and after reviewing together the state of the accommodation, I will request a deposit (guarantee) of 200 euros in cash, which will be returned upon departure, after reviewing jointly that state. If you decide to leave after a normal time, the guarantee deposit will be returned the next day, after the accommodation review, by bank transfer (the IBAN number, BIC / SWIFT and the name of the account holder are required) ) discounting bank charges if any (only for the bank zone NO euro). The guarantee deposit does not generate interest nor can be considered as payment of part of the rent.

Bank checks, traveler’s checks or credit cards are not accepted. Remember that you rent from a DIRECT OWNER, we are not a real estate agency.

We can help you with a shuttle service from the airport directly to the accommodation or give you the directions for car rentals: LOOK at the SITUATION tab – HOW TO ARRIVE or give you the address to access by bus.

Upon arrival, I will give you a copy of the seasonal contract for you, with the receipt of the guarantee deposit. I will also provide you with the Internet access codes (please have your devices on hand: computers, tablets and telephone to enter the code), the access card to the pool (depending on the season and according to the accommodation) and the semi-private parking card (only for RUSSEL residence). It will be necessary to show me the identity document or passport of all occupants over 15 years.

General rental conditions

The rental of our accommodations implies the acceptance of our general conditions. Before booking, make sure you have knowledge of all rental conditions.

CHECK IN:
Attention, it is important that you inform us of your ARRIVAL TIME to arrange the reception. For arrivals at Malaga airport later than 7:00 p.m., we offer a taxi service that you will pay directly to the taxi driver (60 euros to Torrox-Costa / 65 euros to Nerja) and he will take you to the accommodation and deliver the keys The reception in person by me, will be done the next day. If you plan to rent a vehicle (check with me beforehand to advise you) or arrive in your own car or bus, arrivals are accepted until 8:00 p.m. Outside that time, we will not attend and we will arrange the arrival for the next day.

GENERAL RULES AND OF COEXISTENCE:
The rental of our accommodations is designed for couples or small families. The accommodations are not suitable for groups or parties
The tenant agrees to respect the maximum capacity provided in the rental. Respect and keep the common areas clean. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and pets and pets are not allowed. Respect the rest of the neighbors between 24h00 and 8h00. Only the rented place at a particular level will be taken over, discarding its commercial, professional or industrial use. Do not do things that may bother neighbors or other occupants of the building. The beds to be used are made upon arrival.
Do not change or modify the arrangement of the furniture without the prior consent of us. Inform us as soon as possible in case of accident or loss in the accommodation. The tenant acknowledges that this rent is granted provisionally and temporarily. The owner of the accommodation will not be responsible for the damages, loss or theft of the personal effects of the tenant and of any person accompanying him. The owner declines all responsibility in case of theft, in case of accident or for other damage in the rented places. The photos and videos of the property can not be used or sold without the owner’s written agreement. Daily cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Our prices do not include end of stay cleaning, in case the tenant does not want to take care of it, this cleaning will be paid at the entrance to the house. You must ensure, before departure, the collection of household waste and the cleaning of dishes and kitchen utensils, (the oven, the microwave, etc.) since these things are not included in the cleaning of end of stay.

WITHOUT COMMISSION:
The reservation through our website www.SolSunSoleil.com guarantees the best price without commission. Attention when booking with pages like HomeAway – Homelidays, AIRBNB, TRIPADVISOR, etc … since they will charge you a commission on our price. You have the option to choose. Rent or not rent directly with us is your decision, but if you wish, we are registered in many advertising pages with immediate reservation as HOMEAWAY (HomeAway and Homelidays), AIRBNB, TRIPADVISOR, etc …

RESERVATION:
In summer: The week starts on Saturday from 16.00 (time to be agreed according to the preparation of the accommodation for your arrival) and ends the following Saturday before 10:00 am (flexible time to be agreed), in rental stays of 7, 14, 21 or 28 nights. In the rest of the year, the day of entry will adapt to your dates according to your convenience or offer of plane flights. There is possibility to rent the accommodation for less than a week in certain periods and for offers or promotions. Contact us on this point. Possibility of depositing your luggage in a garage starting at 10:30 am on your departure and picking it up later in the day. Report your flight schedules in advance.

VEHICLE:
No accommodation requires a car because they are well located with shops and all kinds of shops and restaurants at hand. It is only advised for the HAWAII residence. All accommodations have free parking spaces in the street, except for the residence RUSELO, which has, in addition, a semi-private parking in the residence itself.

CAPACITY:
For your safety and comfort we accommodate a maximum of 2 adults (except in the 2-bedroom apartment, which can be up to 4) and can be accompanied by a minor. It will be necessary to confirm these details (number of people and ages) before formalizing the reservation. We prohibit to exceed the maximum capacity of person (children included) in the rents. In case of not respecting the number of people indicated in the reservation, a supplement of 90 euros per night and per extra person not declared, from 2 years of age will be retained. In case you need to include an extra person after the reservation, you must notify as soon as possible by e-mail to adjust the rental price (respecting the maximum capacity of the accommodation, including children).

CANCELLATION:
Do not hesitate to contact us for any clarification on this point. To save you the trouble of unforeseen circumstances that require you to cancel your vacation, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance in your usual insurer or on the advertiser’s page if you do not book directly with us.

We welcome our tenants in person so that they are sure that what they have rented is exactly what they have seen in the PHOTOS and VIDEOS of our website, and above all, we want their arrival at the accommodation to be as welcoming as possible.
