The self-catering apartment HAWAII-H33 is located in a residential quiet and familiar complex, in the international beach resort Nerja, east side of Málaga coast.

This Apartment well-kept is equipped with a comfortable main lounge room, with free WIFI and Ethernet cable, an open kitchen, a dining room area, 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a swimming pool.

Beach and sunbathing lovers will be able to laze in the sun in the sunbed, on the south facing terrace or 5 minutes walk to the free Burriana beach with sunbeds (tumbonas, paillotes) or to go to the community swimming pool ( in season ) with garden and solarium just below the apartment.

It is south facing, sunny all day, with the seafront view of the Mediterranean sea. This apartment is well located, the beach nearby with the restaurants and the village center at 15 minutes walk.

This apartment is very convenient for travelers by foot, for couples with or without children. Everything is walk-able, but please remember Nerja is a seaside hilly resort. You can forget your car during your stay, there is parking space around the apartment and it is free. The amenities are closed by. At Burriana Beach, you have a choice of restaurants, and food store. Bigger supermarket like Mercadona and Supersol / Carrefour are 600 meters. The bus stop is  10 minutes walk and it has good connections with the white villages in the surrounding area and to the big cities. Nerja is ideally situated for day trips to the famous Andalusian cities: Granada, Córdoba, Málaga, Seville, Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Tarifa, etc.  Only 45 minutes drive from Málaga airport.

Description and features.

This Apartment  HAWAII-H33 (65m2), on a spacious south facing terrace which makes all the length of the apartment with all day sun, beautiful unobstructed sea view, pool and garden view below the building. Facing the sea, you have a table and chairs for dining ‘al fresco’. Or you can sunbath in the sunbed. It is a very brightly and airy fully furnished lounge / dining room with 2 windows – doors Climalit accessing to the terrace, with double glazing and shutters ( for privacy and curtains ) open wide to allow ventilation or sun bathing.

Next to it, you have the dining table with 4 chairs, which makes the ideal place to relax and enjoy that lovely sea view, by taking your breakfast, lunch or dinner or at the sunny terrace.  The view is totally unobstructed of the neighbor and the sea.  This 2 bedroom apartment is designed for maximum 3 people, a small family of 2 adults and one child.

The bright lounge has sea view with a living room area, which has a sofa (2 seats), a side table, 2 armchairs with cushions, dresser with flat 32” screen TV (with HDMI port) with free ASTRA satellite receiver, French TNT (TF1, A2, M6, etc..), German,  Spanish TDT and some English channels (Original English movies version through Spanish TV), with reading and magazines in several languages and a tea table. ( winter season carpets on the floor ).

The free community Wifi and Ethernet cable Internet with optical fiber. You will have air conditioning with heat pump, in living-room and in both bedrooms, for your comfort.

The 2 bedrooms that overlook the back garden at the rear of the building, which means very quiet, have mechanical shutters and draperies for the night.

The master bedroom consists of a comfortable king size double bed (2 people, measure 150x190cm) and 4 pillows (IKEA: 2 measure 50x60cm + 2 measure 40x70cm).

The beds are made on your arrival, with a complete set of bed linen: bottom sheet, top sheet (depending on season and stay), duvet, duvet cover, blankets and pillowcases.

The second bedroom has twin beds ( measure 90x190cm), and 2 pillows.

The kitchen is open and fully equipped with fitted cupboards and worktops, 4 ceramic hob with cooker hood over, dishwasher, micro-wave, refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment,  conventional oven, electric coffee maker and kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, shopping trolley, and all the basic cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals (the cutlery and the crockery is provided for 4 people, including: dinner plates, side plates, cereal bowls cups, mugs, glasses and wine glasses). The kitchen towels are provided. (for tenants from the provinces next door, who often ask for this information: there is no Italian coffee maker or blender).

The fully tiled shower room has a built-in shower over, a wardrobe set of drawers under the sink, large illuminated mirror above, front-loading washing machine, W.C cleaning accessories and clothesline (étendoir). The hair dryer and the shower towels (bath and hand towel and bath carpet) are provided. Washcloth (esponja de baño) NO provided.

The fenced south oriented shared swimming pool is outdoor, not heated, with garden-solarium for sunbathing with showers and toilets ( open May to October ) is located at the foot of the building and it has parasols.

Please remind that the beach / pool towels and washcloths  (esponja de baño) are not provided, bring your own (*).

The Apartment Hawaii-H33’s building is located in a secure residential complex next the street down Burriana beach. This apartment is in the building called “HAWAII” is on the 3rd and last floor of a 3-storey building with a lift with a main entrance that faces the swimming pool and a the cul-de-sac street, with free parking space and a municipal free parking at 200 meters.

Car hire is not essential but suggested (if you do not like walking or you have some difficulty) , the bus service and taxi service are good and there are good connections to all the village surrounded and to the big cities.

Within a few minutes walking distance to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, ftiness place, health center, bakery, etc…) There are 6 supermarkets in Nerja (intermarché or U type) LIDL, SUPERSOL, MERCADONA and MAS, bus stop (800 meters away), bus main station ( 15 minutes walk), and pharmacy, post office, tourist information office, petrol pumps, etc…

The most popular, free and public beach of Nerja, Burriana beach is less than 5 minutes meters away (600meters). It has sunbeds (tumbonas, paillotes) (depending the season you can rent them), some small pebbles, totally secure, with lifeguards ( seasonal ) and showers, and

There is a coast promenade with plenty of restaurants, pubs, ice-cream parlours, shops, where you can enjoy a stroll in the sun, sit on the sunny terraces, “chiringuitos” small beach restaurants, you have a good selection with Spanish, English, Italian, German and Chinese cuisine, cafés, a few sandy children’s playground, a volleyball court provided free of charge by the Town Hall, along the beach and watch the waves or passers-by and passing boats.

Nerja, known by its caves ‘Cuevas de Nerja’ and its soap opera ‘Blue summer’.
Flat with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea of the Costa del Sol, in the pretty white village of NERJA, inhabited in prehistoric times (Nerja caves) by Phoenicians, Romans and Moors until the 16th century and which has become a quiet fishing village today. It has become a pretty village with its European balcony perched above the sea and its small streets and good restaurants in the old town.

In the center of the town, at 15 minutes walk, you can enjoy a beer and a tapas on one of the many terraces or bar and restaurants.

Every Tuesday morning you will find the Municipal local Market near the apartment.
