Right on the seafront of the Mediterranean sea, in Torrox-Costa, this is a bright and airy studio apartment with fantastic views. The south facing windows receives sun all day except in midsummer when there is welcome shade around midday when the sun is at it’s highest.
The magnificent view is from the entrance of the studio to the beach and the beginning of the sea promenade of in the family beach resort Torrox-Costa (8 minutes drive from Nerja).
The Ruselo-R706 studio (flat) blandly new refurbished with a comfortable lounge room, with free WIFI and Ethernet cable, features a sitting area-bed corner, kitchen area, a shower room and a large bay window with dining room area, which is the ideal place to relax and enjoy that lovely sea view, by sitting in the sofa or taking your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the veranda (terraza acristalada) (which cover the whole wall length).
This studio is very convenient for travelers by foot, singles or for couples with or without children. Everything is walk-able. You can forget your car during your stay, at the foot of the residence you have shops and restaurants and free parking space. The bus main station is closed by (you can easily arrive by bus from the airport as the studio is centrally located) and it has good connections with the white villages in the surrounding area and to the big cities. Torrox-Costa is ideally situated for day trips to the famous Andalusian cities: Granada, Córdoba, Málaga, Seville, Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Tarifa, etc. Only 40 minutes drive from Málaga airport.

This studio is a quiet place, south-west facing with sunshine almost all day long, beachfront the Mediterranean Sea.
This Loft studio Ruselo-R706 (35m2) is self-catering and it consists of a bright lounge with the windows sea views which make the whole width of the accommodation with double glazing and shutters (for privacy and with curtains) and which open wide to allow ventilation or sun bathing, through which you can admire, in winter beautiful sunsets over the sea, each days different. The dining area has a table and 2 chairs. It is designed for a capacity of maximum for a couple of 2 adults.
The living room area has a sideboard with flat screen T.V. (with HDMI port) and satellite with free ASTRA channels, French TDT (TF1, A2, M6, etc..), German, Spanish TNT and in English (limited channels), community free Wifi and Ethernet cable with optical fiber, coffee table and sofa with cushions. For your comfort, we provide air conditioning in summer and heating in winter (by electrical radiator), extra electricity charges.
Sea view from the bed. The bed area consists of a comfortable double bed (2 people, IKEA size 140x200cm), and 4 pillows (IKEA: 2 measure 50x60cm + 2 measure 40x70cm), cushions, blankets, duvets (on season), a ceiling fan, 2 bedside tables with lamps in the wall and a wardrobe with plenty of clothes hangers. The bed is made on your arrival, with a complete set of bed linen: bottom sheet, top sheet (depending on season and stay), duvet, duvet cover, blankets and pillowcases.
The kitchenette is equipped with 2 electric vitroceramic hobs, extractor hood, washing machine, small fridge with freezer, micro-wave, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, an iron, ironing board, hoover, shopping trolley, and all the basic cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals (cutlery and crockery is provided for 2 people, including: dinner plates, side plates, cereal bowls cups, mugs, glasses and wine glasses). The tea towels are provided.
This fully tiled shower room has a shower cabinet (sliding doors), W.C., hand-basin, a medicine mirror cabinet, cleaning accessories and clothesline (étendoir). The Hair dryer and the shower towels (bath and hand) are provided.
Please remind that the beach towels and washcloths (esponja de baño) are not provided, please bring your own.
Located in a well established building right on the coast, you have direct access to the beach and the promenade, where are restaurants, bar and shops.
The Ruselo’s building is in a secure residential complex surrounded by historic Roman vestiges. This studio is on the last floor of a 7-storey building served with 2 lifts with a main entrance that faces a wide avenue full of palm trees and end as a cul-de-sac on the sea.
A rare feature in the area, your vehicle will have a free, spacious, secure or / and a community half-private parking space (I will provide you a parking card) at the foot and surround of the accommodation, ensuring maximum convenience and peace of mind during your stay. Please be aware that in July and August, everybody wants to park direct on the beach, so the Town hall provide extra parking space at 500 meters from the studio.
Down the building you will find a restaurant and a grocery shop and a little further on a bank, an electrical goods shop, another food shops, a library, dentists, yoga center, a first big supermarket 300 meters away. There are 5 supermarkets in Torrox-Costa (intermarché or U type) LIDL, ALDI, SUPERSOL, DIA and MERCADONA, bus station (250 meters away), newsagents (150 meters away), pharmacy (200 meters away), shops, post office, tourist information office, petrol pumps, doctor/nurse (clinics, 24 hour medical emergencies), other grocery shops (one of which opens on Sunday mornings), with good fruit and vegetables, etc.
A few steps away, 40 meters, you will find the 2,5 km of the public and free Ferrara beach of fine sand with sunbeds (tumbonas, paillotes)(depending the season you can rent them) and some small pebbles, totally secure, with lifeguards (on season) and showers.
The sea promenade is flat and has a length of about 4 km, ideal for sportsmen and women, perfect for bikes, roller skates or skates board and you will find at least 30 restaurants and terraces “chiringuitos” (beach restaurants), you have a good selection off restaurants on the Prom with Spanish, English, Italian, German and Chinese cuisine, cafés, ice-cream parlours, shops, pub, small shops lit up at night (depending on the season), a tourist information office (in season), a children’s playground and outdoor fitness equipment, a beach football and basketball court provided free of charge by the City Council, along the beach. Perfect for athletes, cyclists, trekking, running, or just for a walk along the coastal walk, etc.
Every Monday morning you will find the typical Spanish Municipal local Market, in front Mercadona supermarket.
This Studio Ruselo-R706 is, like all my accommodations, a not smoking place. The pets are not allowed.
In the building Ruselo you have 2 studios (Ruselo-R607 and Ruselo-R706) with in the same building, same side, same view, same similar furniture, just one floor up. And if you want, you have also the one bedroom Ruselo-R408 south facing and 180º panoramic view to the sea.
