How do I find my future vacation rental ?
Go to www.solsunsoleil.com, go up in the right side, change the language, if need it, click in BLOG, the LASTEST NEWS, there in the right side you have the category, look the name of your accommodation.
In summer time, Sundays we normally do not make check in nor check out.
How can I find the price of a vacation rental ? and availability ?
Go to www.solsunsoleil.com, during your search by entering the desired dates of stay, the corresponding prices will be displayed directly on the results page. Please do not forget to click in our discount bottom.
How can I make a reservation at SolSunSoleil.com ?
You can book any of our accommodation directly by email (email@example.com ), by Whatsapp or through our website by Eviivo ( Channel Manager ).
How can I pay for my booking ?
To formalize a reservation at SolSunSoleil.com:
- direct to owner: we ask for a prepayment of 30% at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This amount can be paid by bank transfer. Please contact our reservations department to request our details. The balance of the booking can be paid on arrival in cash.
- by security payment system on line through our website by Eviivo ( Channel Manager ).
- by the publicity advertisement: Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, etc…
Can I take an “option” instead of booking?
Sorry, it is not possible to make an option because our accommodations are in immediate booking sites. RENT or NOT RENT: On your decision to rent or not to rent, keep me informed, because I continue to rent until receipt of the deposit, and if you do not notify me it may be rented. Attention, we are registered with immediate reservation on Advertisement page like: VRBO: Homeaway, Abritel and Homelidays, BOOKING, AIRBNB, TRIPADVISOR, etc…
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Some rentals can be rented up to a year in advance. You can therefore book from this moment when possible. It is even possible to book 5 days before your arrival, provided payment is received instantly.
Can I book a stay for more than 4 weeks ? Yes, it is possible to book for a period longer than 4 weeks. Thank you for contacting us.
When will I receive my rental contract?
ONLY DIRECT BOOKING: After booking, you will immediately receive a rental contract by e-mail, including among other things the costs that must be paid and the payment deadlines. After payment, you will receive an e-mail containing the address of your vacation rental, the data concerning the handing over of the keys and the emergency number.
ADVERTISEMENT PAGE (Airbnb, Bokking, etc..): starting from 5 days before check in, I will send you all the details to arrive.
What time can I enter to the accommodation ?
APARTMENT AND STUDIO: As a general rule, our check-in time is from 15:00 ( 16:00 summer time ) hours. However, we try to be flexible within our possibilities and ask us in case you need to arrive earlier ( We charge a extra night price or 60€, depends on the price of the night ). Availability permitting, we will always do our best to accommodate. Our check-in time is until 19:00 hours but we give the option to enter later for an extra charge: + 50 euros from 19:00 hours until 21:00 hours. This charge will be collected in cash at check-in. Later than 21:00 hours there are not check in, except if you have late flight, contact me to arrange the arrival.
VILLA EL COLONO-101 : As a general rule, our check-in time is from 16:00 hours and check-out time is before 10:00. However, we try to be flexible within our possibilities and ask us in case you need to arrive earlier ( We charge a extra night price or 100€, depends on the price of the night ). Our check-in time is until 19:00 hours but we give you the option to enter later for an extra charge: + 60 euros from 19:00 hours until 21:00 hours. This charge will be collected in cash at check-in. Later than 22:00 hours there are not check in, except if you have late flight, contact me to arrange the arrival.
What time do I have to leave ?
APARTMENT AND STUDIO: As a general rule, our check-out time is before 10:00 ( 09:00 summer time ). However, we try to be flexible within our possibilities and invite all our guests to ask us in case they need to leave later, extra charge 60€.

What is included in the price ?
APARTMENTS – STUDIOS: All our prices include: free WiFi, water, household linen (towels, bed-linen, sheets, towels, tea towels) but does not include beach towels neither wash-cloths (mitts bath).
VILLA EL COLONO-101: All our prices include: free WiFi, water, kitchen gas, household linen (towels, bed-linen, sheets, towels, tea towels, beach towels but not wash-cloths (mitts bath)).
Are pets allowed in the accommodation ?
Sorry, no pets allowed, we use the accommodation and we are allergic to pets.
Where can I pick up the keys to my accommodation ?
I personally make the check in and I will give you the keys. Check-in takes place inside the accommodations, we meet directly at the entrance of the building of the accommodation. Please contact me to inform your case on Whatsapp +00 34 655 510 071 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Few days before arrival , we will confirm and agree the time. 30 minutes before arriving, you will call at (+34) 655 510 071 by passing by Vélez- Málaga ( coming from Málaga ) ó Salobreña ( coming from Granada ). It is the time it takes us to arrive to the entrance of the building / Villa.
What can I do if I have a problem during my stay and if it is in the early hours of the morning ?
SolSunSoleil has a 24 hour emergency telephone number which will be provided on arrival.
Do I have to bring my own sheets or towels ?
APARTMENT and STUDIO: We provide with household linen ( shower towels, bed-linen, sheets, towels, tea towels, duvet, blankets ) but does not include beach towels neither wash-cloths (mitts bath), you have to bring them. We include a change of linen and towels halfway through a two-week stay ( you will find it in the wardrobe ). Our shower towels are not large ‘sunbed’ towels for pool or beach use.

How are the accommodation equipped ?
All our accommodation are equipped with wifi, flat TV screen, TV satellite English (news), French ( M6, F1, F2, F3 ), German and Spanish TV with ASTRA satellite. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay, ( cutlery and crockery including: dinner plates, side plates, cereal bowls cups, mugs, glasses and wine glasses ), as well as electrical appliances: vitroceramic ( Villa El colono-101 is the only one with 4 gas stove ), refrigerator, microwave, oven ( RUSELO building do not have it ), extractor fan, Krups “Dolce gusto” coffe machine, classic coffee maker ( you need filter nº 4 ), toaster, kettle, cookware (pots and pans), washing machine, clothesline, iron, vacuum cleaner, shopping cart, the kitchen clothes are provided and dishwasher ( except RUSELO, CARABELA, CAPRI, they do not have dishwasher ). The bathroom ( shower room ) has gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper for the first days, the shower towels provided and hairdryer. CARABELA and VILLA EL COLONO-101 have bathtub, the others have shower. There is no Italian type coffee maker or blender. I provide cosmetic samples ( shower gel, shampoo ), a roll paper, breakfast starting kit (tea, coffee capsules, sugar) and cleaning samples.
All the accommodation are equipped with hot and cold split air conditioning and fans. All have swimming-pool except Ruselo buildings.
VILLA EL COLONO-101 has mosquito net in and iron bars in the windows. There is an 24 hours alarm system connected with an alarm company, and there are camera inside and outside of the house.
Is electricity and air conditioning included ? For stay, less than 7 nights, we include a forfait of 8kw/h per night ( apartments and studios accommodations, Villa El colono-101 it is 25kw/h ) extra consume is charged 0,50 kw/h. For stay longer than 7 nights, the electricity consume is charged. There is an electrical counter in all the accommodation.
I am bringing a baby, is there a cot available ?
The only place where is a free cot and high chair, is in VILLA EL COLONO-101. It is 1 fixed free cot, with a mattress. We do not have more cots available.
APARTMENTS – STUDIOS: No cot available.
N.B. The items we supply are ‘all-purpose’ and not tailored to the age or size of the infant. We do not supply cot linen. Not all our bedrooms are suitable, in terms of space and layout.
How much is the caution = breakages deposit ?
APARTMENTS – STUDIOS: A refundable breakages deposit of 200 euros is required by CHEKIN App or ( BIZUM: only Spain phone number and bank account ) , before your arrival and will be returned to you after satisfactory property inspection, automaticly 1 week after your check out by CHEKIN App or bank transfer deducting bank charges if there was ( no charges for Euro bank ) or BIZUM ( only Spain phone number and bank account ). I will need your IBAN, BIC and name of the owner of the bank account.
VILLA EL COLONO-101: A refundable breakages deposit of 500 euros in cash; is required on your arrival and will be returned to you after satisfactory property inspection 2 weeks after your check out by bank transfer deducting bank charges if there was ( no charges for Europe ). I will need your IBAN, BIC and name of the owner of the bank account.

Is there an iron and ironing board ? Yes, in all the properties.
Is there a hairdryer ? Yes, there should be in each of our properties.
Is there a washing machine ? Yes,there is a washing machine in all the properties. Villa El colono-101 has a dryer.
Is there a dishwasher ? There is a dishwasher in COSTAORO-1BB and 1BA, HAWAII-H33, MADRID-M504 and in VILLA EL COLONO-101. The others accommodation do not have.
Are there pillows ? Yes, there are 2 type of pillows, (2 of IKEA measures 50x60cm + 2 of measures: 40x70cm), in all the double beds.
Is there TV in English ? No, there is FRENCH and GERMAN Free ASTRA TV satellite channels, and Spanish TV. All the TV are flat.
Is the wireless broadband internet included ? Yes, all our properties have an ‘always on’ wireless router and we supply you beforehand with the network name and relevant password for your device. 50Mbps.
Does the accommodations have a lift ?
Yes, all have 1 to 3 lifts in the block ( depends on the building ) , except Villa El Colono-101.
Is it possible to smoke in the accommodation ?
No, in compliance with Spanish and European anti-smoking laws, smoking is not allowed in our accommodations.
Is the accommodation accessible for disabled people ?
Sorry, none of the accommodation are accessible for disabled people, as the bathroom door get inside, and there are no space for chairs.
Villa EL COLONO-101 has one stair to get inside the plot and another one to get inside the house.
Does the accommodation have parking ?
All the accommodations have free parking space on the street, except in summer time, for the blue lines parking: July and August: it is maximum stay of 2 hours and you have to buy a blue disc.
When you arrive during the summer weekend, it is usually more complicated to park, I enclose a map with all the areas where you can park (P). You can pull up, double line, and unload, and then go to park.
VILLA EL COLONO-101 does not have this problem as there is space in all the street.
How far is it to the nearest beach ?
All the apartments and studios are seaside, you get out the building and you are in the coastal walk.
VILLA EL COLONO-101: is ten minutes walk. Less than 5 minutes by car.
Getting to my accommodation ?
We can arrange transport from Málaga Airport or Station straight to your accommodation.
Is there a supermarket nearby ?
Yes, 4 large ones on the main road (old N340) and a lot of smaller near by.
Will I need a car ?
No, none of the apartments and studios need it, except Villa El colono-101.
If you love walk or you are a good walker, you do not need a car to get to Villa El colono-101 because it is an easy road to access. The only moment you may need it, is when shopping to bring all the stuffs.
What are the taxi arrangements ?
If you want a taxi arranged from Málaga Airport, we ask for your flight details, which we pass and book to the taxi man . The driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name, then once in the cab, you give me a phone call so I can wait you at the entrance of the residence. Or for late arrival, he will pick up the keys on the way to your accommodation. You pay the driver directly in Euros when you arrive in Torrox-Costa, or at the airport on your return journey.
Where is the nearest water park ?
The nearest water park is ‘Aquavelis’, at Vélez-Málaga, about 20 minutes down the motorway from Torrox-Costa towards Málaga.
Where is the nearest golf course ?
The nearest course is ‘Baviera’, at Vélez-Málaga (as above), next to the A7 motorway.

BOOKING, VRBO, EVIIVO, etc..: The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 30 days before the arrival date.
AIRBNB: The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 5 days before the arrival date.
