The apartment COSTAORO-1BA, beach front apartment in a well established building right on the coast with direct access to a large sandy beach and the promenade (no road to cross) where are restaurants to suit all tastes or terraces, shops, free kids park and free sports places. The local market for bargain hunting is on Monday. A car is not essential as all amenities are nearby, supermarkets, bus stop, taxis, bank, shops, pharmacy and also if needed a 24 hour clinic. It consists of a one bedroom apartment with double bed 150cm and a wardrobe. The dining room have a table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed (a double bed), TV with a satellite receiver ASTRA with Spanish, French, English (only news) or German channels. The kitchen have cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, iron etc… Separate bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine.
Free wifi in all the apartment. Set within the private gardens are 2 large swimming pools and 2 children pools (in season). Both pools has a lifeguard and are fenced, together with 2 private tennis courts for your use.
Tennis courts ( only on request ), basket ball and handball courts for residents and also a bicycle or skate place for kids near the gardens. Air conditioning in summer and heating in winter ( electrical stove). No car needed, all shop close by: shop, bar, restaurants, banks, bus stop, fisher shop, vegetable shop, etc… If you come with a car, there is half-private free parking around the building and in front the street. It is a perfect place to explore in a day trip cities as: Granada, Córdoba, Seville, Ronda, etc… Good bus connexion with the big cities and the next villages.
