In the nearby village of Nerja (10km), in Torrox-Costa, a beautiful village of the Costa del Sol, is located THE VILLA EL COLONO-101 (136m2) is in a 500m2 plot, a very quiet area (even in Summer) and familiar. It is a independent 4 façades, with spacious space, with south-west orientation, sea mountain view, less than 10 minutes walk less than 1km from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, 2 terraces and 1 balcony, private swimming pool, BBQ, garden, electrical chimney and plenty of parking space, air conditioning / heating, WIFI, international TV, NETFLIX, alarm and security camera.

For those who love the beach and sunbathing, you can bask on the free Ferrara beach of fine sand with its chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and tumbonas (beach deckchairs) 1 km from this villa or stay at the private swimming pool with deckchairs. Shops in the street: restaurant, café, food store, and pétanque area. Car recommended (except for walkers), free parking in front of the villa, shops nearby. Quiet, secure and family environment. Very good road access.
