The self-catering seaside one bedroom apartment Apart Carabela-C704 is located in a on the seafront in a beachfront residential complex,  in the family beach resort Torrox-Costa (8 minutes drive from Nerja).

This apartment well-kept has a one bedroom sea view from the bed, a comfortable lounge room, with free WIFI and Ethernet cable, features a sitting area, an American kitchen, a bathroom room, a dining room area and the swimming pool has direct access from the building without crossing the street.

Beach and sunbathing lovers will be able to laze in the sun with sunbeds (tumbonas, paillotes), on the free beach Ferrara of fine sand which is 60 meters (less than a minute walk) away from the apartment, or to go to the secured swimming pool with garden and solarium.

It is south-east facing, sunny most of the day, with a view through the windows to the front of the Mediterranean sea, the side view of the beach and the coastal walk (2km), the neighbourhood daily live and the palm trees of the avenue El faro.

This apartment is very convenient for travelers by foot, singles or for couples. Everything is walk-able. You can forget your car during your stay, at the foot of the residence you have some shops and free parking space and in the surrounding street. The bus main station is closed by (you can easily arrive by bus from the airport as the apartment is centrally located) and it has good connections with the white villages in the surrounding area and to the big cities. Torrox-Costa is ideally situated for day trips to the famous Andalusian cities: Granada, Córdoba, Málaga, Seville, Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Tarifa, etc.  Only 40 minutes drive from Málaga airport.

Description and features.

This apartment Carabela-C704 (45m2) consists of a large bay windows on 2 sides wide open overlooking the palm trees of the avenue, the panoramic views of the sea, beach, coastal walk and the daily life in the neighbourhood.

The windows of the living room, which make the whole width of the accommodation with double glazing (climalit) and shutters (for privacy and with curtains), can open wide to allow ventilation or sunbathing. The dining table has with 2 chairs, is next to the large bay window which makes the ideal place to relax and enjoy that lovely sea view, by taking your breakfast, lunch or dinner.  This flat is designed for maximum of a couple 2 adults.

The very bright lounge with a living room area has a commode with flat screen T.V. (with HDMI port) and satellite with free ASTRA channels, French TNT (TF1, A2, M6, etc..), German, Spanish TDT and in English (limited channels, only news). The free community Wifi and Ethernet cable with optical fiber, some books, a ceiling fan, a stool and a sofa with cushions.

The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed (2 people, 150x190cm size), mattress with a topper, and 4 pillows (IKEA: 2 measure 50x60cm + 2 measure 40x70cm), with direct sea view from the bed. There are 2 bedside tables with lamps in the wall and a wardrobe with plenty of clothes hangers. The bed is made on your arrival, with a complete set of bed linen: bottom sheet, top sheet (depending on season and stay), duvet, duvet cover, blankets and pillowcases.

The small kitchenette is equipped with 2 electric vitroceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, micro-wave, oven, Dolce Gusto coofee maker, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, an iron, ironing board, hoover, shopping trolley, and all the basic cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals (cutlery and crockery is provided for 2 people including: dinner plates, side plates, cereal bowls cups, mugs, glasses and wine glasses). There is a wardrobe with the cleaning accessories. The tea towels are provided.


The fully fitted spacious bathroom room has a bathtub, a W.C., a hand-basin with a large mirror, a top load washing machine, and a clothesline (étendoir). The hairdryer and the shower towels (bath and hand) are provided.

The swimming pool is just below the residence, which can be accessed through the opposite door of the entrance of building without crossing the street. It is a outdoor community swimming pool not heated with a paddling pool.
Around the swimming pool you have a garden solarium for sunbathing, completely fenced and cared by a lifeguard. There are showers and toilets (open from Easter to end of October). The admission is only with access card, that I will provided at your arrival. Please remind that the beach / pool towels and washcloths (esponja de baño) are not provided, bring your own. There are 2 tennis court, there may be extra charge to access to it. If the swimming pool or / and the tennis court are important point to you, please confirm it with the booking.


Located in a well established building right on the coast, you have access to the beach and the promenade, where are restaurants, bars and shops.

The Carabela’s building is in a FIRST LINE to the sea, in a secure seafront residential complex called “Centro International Bauffman”. This apartment is on the 7th floor of a 9-storey building with 3 lifts with a main entrance that faces a square.

A rare feature in the area, your vehicle will have a free parking space at the foot and surround of the accommodation, ensuring maximum convenience and peace of mind during your stay.  Please be aware that in July and August, everybody wants to park direct on the beach, so the Town hall provide extra parking space at 300 meters from the apartment.


Down the building you will find a yoga center and a little further on: a grocery shop, restaurants (Avenida, Fernando Caribú, etc…), Richi’s chicken take away, a bank, butcher, a library, dentist, a first big supermarket 300 meters away, tobacco and book shop, laundry, hairdresser, etc… Open all year around, there are 5 supermarkets in Torrox-Costa (intermarché or U type) ALDI, LIDL, EL JAMÓN, PLAZA DEL DIA and MERCADONA, bus station (300 meters away), newsagents (250 meters away), pharmacy – drugstore (350 meters away), shops, post office, tourist information office, petrol pumps, doctor/nurse (clinics, 24 hour medical emergencies), other grocery shops (one of which opens on Sunday mornings), with good fruit and vegetables, etc.


The beach is less than 100 meters away (1 minute walk) or (60 meters to the right when leaving the residence). The free and public Ferrara beach is 2,5 km of fine sand with sunbeds (tumbonas, paillotes) (depending the season you can rent them) and some small pebbles totally secure, with lifeguards (on season) and showers.

As well as the flat, almost 2 km long promenade, and even more if you keep going to the El Morche coastal walk (in total it is 3 km), with its fitness equipment installed by the town hall, sunny terraces, small beach restaurants, ice-cream parlours, shops, where you can enjoy a stroll in the sun, sit on the terraces “chiringuitos” (beach restaurants), you have a good selection off restaurants on the Prom with Spanish, English, Italian, German and Chinese cuisine, cafés, small shops lit up at night (depending on the season), a tourist information office (in season), a children’s playground, a beach football and basketball court provided free of charge by the Town Hall, along the beach and watch the waves or passers-by and passing boats. Perfect for athletes, cyclists, trekking, running, or just for a walk along the coastal walk, etc.

Every Monday morning you will find the Municipal local Market, in front of Mercadona Supermarket, in the main road.


The Apartment Carabela-C704 is, like all my accommodations, a not smoking place and the pets are not allowed.

From the windows of the apartment Carabela-C704, and less than 80 meters you can see the building Ruselo: you can rent any of the 2 studios (Ruselo-R607 and Ruselo-R706). And if you want, you can rent the one bedroom Ruselo-R408.
