The self-catering one bedroom apartment COSTAORO-1BA is located in a residential complex on the seafront and beachfront, in the family beach resort Torrox-Costa (10 minutes drive from Nerja).
This apartment well-kept is equipped with a comfortable main lounge room, with free WIFI and Ethernet cable, a bedroom, an open kitchen, a dining room area, a shower room, a swimming pool, tennis courts, football, handball and basketball court.
Beach and sunbathing lovers will be able to laze in the sun with sunbeds (tumbonas, paillotes), on the free beach Ferrara of fine sand which is 10 meters away from the apartment, or to go to the secured swimming pool with paddling pool with garden and solarium.
It is south-west facing, sunny till the sunset with a view through the windows to the front of the Mediterranean sea, beach view, the coastal walk (2km), the beautiful garden and swimming pool of the 4 stars hotel. This apartment is well located, the beach nearby, with the restaurants at the foot of the residence, the swimming pool a few steps away and the sport area in the coastal promenade just next door.
This apartment is very convenient for travelers by foot, singles or for couples with or without children. Everything is walk-able. You can forget your car during your stay, at the foot of the residence. You have a choice of restaurants, and food store (Mercadona supermarket) at the end of the street (400 meters) or you have free parking space and next a bigger parking. The bus stop is very closed by and it has good connections with the white villages in the surrounding area and to the big cities. Torrox-Costa is ideally situated for day trips to the famous Andalusian cities: Granada, Córdoba, Málaga, Seville, Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Tarifa, etc. Only 40 minutes drive from Málaga airport.
Description and features.
This apartment COSTAORO-1BA (50m2) consists of a large bay windows on 3 sides wide open overlooking the sea, beach, coastal walk and the garden of the Hotel Iberostar Málaga 4* views.
The apartment is spacious, stylish and functional. The sea view has a daily pleasure. The large bay windows of the living room, which make the whole width of the accommodation with double glazing (climalit) and shutters (for privacy and with curtains), can open wide to allow ventilation or sunbathing.
Next to it, you have the dining table, with 4 chairs, which makes the ideal place to relax and enjoy that lovely sea view, by taking your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The view is totally unobstructed and with no opposite views of the promenade, the sandy beach and the sea. From this apartment you can see in winter the beautiful sunsets over the sea, every day different. This apartment is designed for maximum 2 people, a couple of 2 adults.
The big main room has been selected in warm and relaxing colors. The bright lounge with a living room area has a sideboard with flat screen T.V. (with HDMI port) and satellite with free ASTRA channels, French TNT (TF1, A2, M6, etc..), German, Spanish TDT and in English (limited channels, only news). The free Wifi with optical fiber, a side table, 2 armchairs, a sofa with cushions, to rest with reading and magazines in several languages. For your comfort, you will find air conditioning with heat pump and auxiliary heating in winter (by electrical radiator), extra electricity charges.
The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed (2 people, measure 160x200cm), and 4 pillows (IKEA: 2 measure 50x60cm + 2 measure 40x70cm). There are 2 bedside tables with with lights each for reading and a wardrobe with plenty of clothes hangers. The bed is made on your arrival, with a complete set of bed linen: bottom sheet, top sheet (depending on season and stay), duvet, duvet cover, blankets and pillowcases.
The kitchen is open and fully equipped with 3 electric vitroceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, micro-wave, small fridge with small freezer, conventional oven, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, an iron, ironing board, hoover, shopping trolley, and all the basic cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals (the cutlery and the crockery is provided for 2 people, including: dinner plates, side plates, cereal bowls cups, mugs, glasses and wine glasses). The kitchen towels are provided. (for tenants from the provinces next door, who often ask for this information: there is no Italian coffee maker or blender).
The fully fitted shower room has shower tray with curtains, top loading washing machine, W.C., cabinet under the sink, large mirror above, cleaning accessories and clothesline (étendoir). The hair dryer and the shower towels (bath and hand towel and bath carpet) are provided.
The outdoor community swimming pool with a paddling pool is not heated and it is only a few steps away from the residence.
The swimming pool have a garden solarium for sunbathing, completely fenced and cared by a lifeguard. There are showers and toilets (open from June to October). The admission is only with access card, that I will provided at your arrival (against deposit – caution). Please remind that the beach / pool towels and washcloths (esponja de baño) are not provided, bring your own (*). There are private tennis, basketball and volleyball court (extra charge payed directly to the community). If the swimming pool or / and the tennis court are important point to you, please confirm it with the booking.
Located in a well established building right on the coast, you have access to the beach and the promenade, where are restaurants, bars and shops.
The apartment COSTAORO-1BA’s building is located on the seafront in a beachfront and in a secure residential complex called “Urbanización Costa del Oro” in the middle of the promenade. This apartment is in the building called “BLOQUE 6” is on the 1st floor of a 5-storey building with 3 lifts with a main entrance that faces the opposite side of the cul-de-sac street, that overlook the sea, with free street parking space right on front of and around it but a car no necessary.
The studio COSTAORO 1BB and the one bedroom flat COSTAORO 1BA are located side by side, they share the same entrance hall, and they are on the first line of the beach, in the same residence “COSTA DEL ORO”, with the same view 10 and 15 meters from the beach respectively and facing it.
Getting out the building you have access directly to the coastal walk, no street to cross. Down the building you will find the restaurants, café, ice cream shop, and shops. At the end of the road like supermarket 400 meters away is MERCADONA. There are 5 supermarkets in Torrox-Costa (intermarché or U type) LIDL, ALDI, SUPERSOL, PLAZA DIA and MERCADONA, bus stop (400 meters away), bus main station (15 minutes walk), pharmacy, post office, tourist information office, petrol pumps, etc…
The beach is less than 10 meters away. The free and public Ferrara beach is 2,5 km of fine sand with sunbeds (tumbonas, paillotes) (depending the season you can rent them) and some small pebbles, totally secure, with lifeguards (seasonal) and showers.
There is almost 2 km long promenade, and even more if you keep going to the El Morche coastal walk (in total it is 3 km), with its fitness equipment installed by the town hall, ice-cream parlours, shops, where you can enjoy a stroll in the sun, sit on the sunny terraces, “chiringuitos” small beach restaurants, you have a good selection with Spanish, English, Italian, German and Chinese cuisine, cafés, small shops lit up at night (depending on the season), a tourist information office (in season), a children’s playground, a beach football and basketball court provided free of charge by the Town Hall, along the beach and watch the waves or passers-by and passing boats. Perfect for athletes, cyclists, trekking, running, or just for a walk along the coastal walk, etc.
This apartment has the advantage of being very well located if you come with a young child. No street to cross from the entrance of the residence, and beach a few steps. In the coastal walk, in summer, you have sports attractions and many terrace with drinks and tapas.
Every Monday morning you will find the Municipal local Market, in front of Mercadona Supermarket, in the main road.
The Apartment COSTAORO-1BA is, like all my accommodations, a not smoking place and the pets are not allowed.
